Hand made items are made to order, and there may be very slight variation from images shown. Swagbox Ltd reserves the right to adjust the price and availability of our products and delivery charges at any time. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown, we reserve the right to abstain from fulfilling such an order. In these circumstances, the customer will be notified of the error and given the option to proceed with the order.

Returns & Cancellations

You maintain the right to return online purchases within fourteen days after receiving your order. All goods must be returned at your own cost in their original packaging and condition to: Swagbox, 2 New Buildings, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 1HW. The condition of all goods remains your responsibly until received by us. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit, so we recommend that goods are adequately packaged and returned with a tracked/insured service. Goods returned within these terms will receive a full refund (excluding return delivery costs) as soon as possible after receipt, and within thirty days of cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse the return of bespoke goods which are hand made to order unless faulty or damaged. Should you receive faulty/damaged goods , or an order with missing item(s) from us, please contact us within five days of receipt and provide us with an image of the issue.

Swagbox Ltd collects the information provided by the purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information is used to process your order and contact you in the event of any query. We do not sell on your information to any other parties, and your information will only be used for direct marketing purposes if prior consent has been obtained.

Payment & Security

Your payment card details are encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. It may be necessary to re-confirm your security number for data protection reasons. Payment may be taken for out of stock product(s), in which case you will be contacted to discuss availability. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.

Delivery

Every effort will make to despatch your order within 2-3 days after receipt. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email to discuss how you wish to proceed. The cost of UK delivery is dependant upon the size and weight of your order. If the postage charged for multiple ordered items is excessive, we will adjust the amount accordingly.

Jurisdiction

Any purchase agreement, dispute or claim arising from the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
