Unique Hand Painted Floor Lamp
This stunning old lamp base is a quality piece, which has been hand painted to a very high standard. The beautiful turned details have been brought to life with an eye catching pearlised paint effect in neutral shades of ivory pearl and silver against a matt charcoal background.
Originally finished with a stained varnish, this solid lamp has been saved from landfill and restored with a unique style of its own. The old finish has been sanded away, the base primed, and then multiple layers of pearlised paint have been applied to create the unique effect. Finished with a tough coat of clear varnish for added depth, and protection.
Photographed with a 37cm empire shade, but sold as lamp base only. Style with a traditional soft lampshade or go contemporary with a stylish drum.....either will look fabulous!

This lamp has been fitted with a brass bayonet bulb fitting, which requires a B22 bulb. We recommend a pearl/white LED bulb in a standard classic or candle shape. A warm white colour temperature of around 2700k would provide a comfortable ambiance in most rooms.
